Description DESCRIPTION These Electrodes PATON ANO 21 are intended for manual arc welding. They are adapted for welding of carbon steel structures with carbon content up to 0,25%. According to state standard 1050-88 (05kp, 08kp, 08ps, 10kp, 10pc, 15kp, 15ps, 15, 20kp 20ps, 20) on a short or medium arc in all spatial positions. A 5 mm diameter electrode is not recommended to be welded in a vertical position from top to bottom. Coated electrodes PATON ANO 21 Elite provides easy arc ignition. They also guarantee good formation of the seam and easy separation of slag crust. These welding electrodes are recommended for welding of arc welding a butt, lap or critical metal structures, water pipes and low pressure gas conduits. The manufacturer guarantees compliance of the electrodes with the requirements of normative documentation. For this it is essential that the conditions of transport, storage and use by the user are observed. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Welding perform direct current any polarity (recommended return “-“) on the electrode or varying current from the transformer circuit voltage of at least 50 V. Electrodes should be stored in dry rooms at a temperature not lower than 15 ºС and a relative humidity of not more than 80%. If the moisture content in the coating exceeds 0.9%, anneal at 120 ± 10 °C for 40 minutes. The electrodes do not contain harmful substances in the coating.
