295A (MIG & ARC Welder) 295 Amps 3 Phase

Description MIG 295A FEATURES & BENEFITS: MIG/MAG: Welding with automatic wire feed . MIG welding uses argon (less often helium) as the protective gas; this process is preferred for non-ferrous metals and stainless steel. The MAG process uses CO2 or a mixed gas of argon, CO2 and O2 as a protective gas and is mainly used for simple and low-alloy steel such as structural steel. Settings according to wire thickness: If you set the wire thickness (0.6 | 0.8 | 1), a preset current strength (A) and wire feed speed appear that are tailored to the selected wire thickness. The amperage can be changed within the specified limits. Amps are linked to volts. In SPL mode (Separated Parameter Level) amps, volts and wire feed speed can be set independently. The wire feed speed can be controlled via the volts: a higher volt leads to a slower wire feed, lower volts speeds up the wire feed. A big advantage if an individual setting is desired. br> Inductance : The device has a continuously adjustable choke. This smoothes the welding current and changes the rate of current rise to improve weld quality and precision. 2 cycle/4 cycle (MIG/MAG and TIG) MMA/STICK/E-HAND: coated electrodes are used – in this process the electrodes are arc carriers and welding filler metal in one. Hotstart: every time the welding machine is restarted, overcurrent is provided and thereby supports the ignition of the arc. Arc Force: Melted material is transferred more easily to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from extinguishing if this material causes contact between the electrode and the melt pool. Anti-Stick automatically switches off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and needs to be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp. DC-TIG welding ( optional : only possible with additional hose package and cables): Welding of almost all metals Lift Arc: Ignition occurs upon contact with the workpiece, then the torch can be raised and the welding process starts with the selected parameters. Modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents Overheating protection MIG 295A FEATURES: MIG 295A TECHNICAL DETAILS: Welding current setting range (MIG/MAG mode) 30 – 295 A Welding current setting range (MMA/STICK mode) 30 – 250 A Welding current setting range (TIG mode) 10 – 280 A Duty cycle (ED) MIG/MAG 40°C 295A at 28.8V 60% Duty cycle (ED) MMA/STICK 40°C 250A at 30V 60% Duty cycle (ED) TIG 40°C 280A at 21.2V 60% Mains voltage 400 volts/3 phases Mains frequency 50 – 60 Hz Protection class IP23S Dimensions in mm (L x W x H) 493x222x375 Weight in kg 13 Norms EN60974-1 / IEC60974-1 Wire diameter in mm 0.6/0.8/1 MIG 295A SYSTEM CONTROL: 1.
