200D FEATURES & BENEFITS: 3in1 combination device: AC/DC TIG, MMA/STICK, plasma cutting AC/DC TIG welding: Processing of all weldable metals, including aluminum HF ignition (TIG) MMA/STICK /E-HAND: coated electrodes are used – in this process the electrodes are arc carriers and welding filler metal in one. Hotstart: every time the welding machine is restarted, overcurrent is provided and thereby supports the ignition of the arc. Arc-Force: Melted material is transferred more easily to the workpiece. Prevents the arc from extinguishing if this material causes contact between the electrode and the melt pool. Anti-stick: automatically switches off the welding generator if the electrode sticks to the workpiece and needs to be removed by hand without damaging the electrode clamp. Plasma cutter: CUT function using a plasma jet generated by electricity. This melts the material and removes it with compressed air, creating a precise cut. This process can be used to cut all conductive metals (e.g. steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper, etc.) Cutting thickness: maximum 12mm (hand-held), quality cut 8mm (hand-held) Modern IGBT (Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor) enables fast and therefore low-loss switching of electrical currents 200D FEATURES: 200D TECHNICAL DETAILS: Welding current setting range (TIG mode) 10-200A Welding current setting range (MMA/STICK mode) 10 -170 A Welding current setting range (CUT mode) 10 – 50 A Duty cycle (ED) TIG 40°C 200A at 18V 40% Duty cycle (ED) MMA/STICK 40°C 170A at 26.8V 25% Duty cycle (ED) plasma cutter 40°C 50A at 100V 40% Mains voltage 1 x 230 volts Mains frequency 50 – 60 Hz Protection class IP23S Dimensions in mm (L x W x H) 425x152x291 Weight in kg 9.5 Norms EN60974-1 / EC60974-1 Maximum cutting capacity (hand-held) 12mm Quality cutting capacity (hand-held) 8mm 200 D SYSTEM CONTROL: 1.
